Before starting any exercise program, consult your cardiologist or heart rhythm specialist to determine safe activity levels.

Self check

During exercise monitor your heart rate and rhythm , and be aware of symptoms that warrant stopping exercise.

Start Slowly and Progress Gradually

Begin with low-intensity activities and build up over a period of time. Stop exercising if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or experience any palpitations.
